Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Custom concept work and commissions begin only after payment is received.
 

Shipping

Physical artwork is shipped within a reasonable timeframe depending on the piece and current workload. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on location and item size. Tracking information will be provided when available.
 

Returns

Original artwork and custom concept work are final sale and not eligible for return. For signed editions and reproduction pieces, returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. If an item arrives damaged, please make contact within 48 hours of delivery with photos so the issue can be reviewed and resolved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
 

Custom Work

Custom concept purchases include a visual design based on the photos and information provided.

These concepts are creative interpretations and may require adjustments when executed in real-world conditions. Final mural pricing, materials, and execution are separate from the initial concept unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

Reproductions

Limited edition works are produced in small quantities and may vary slightly from the original.

Each piece is prepared individually to maintain consistency, alignment, and overall quality.
 

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content on this site remain the property of Greg Mankis.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated in writing. Images may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
 

Use of Submitted Content

By submitting photos or materials (including wall images), you confirm you have the right to use them. Submitted content may be used to create concepts and may be featured in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise requested.
