After I review your form, you’ll receive a personal email confirming that your project is underway. For something at this level, I like to treat the process with the attention it deserves. This package includes 16 to 32 hours of in-depth design time, and is typically delivered within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the scope and timing. If, at any point, I feel the work isn’t meeting the standard I hold myself to, I won’t hesitate to reach out — and in rare cases, I may offer a refund if I believe it’s the right call. While refunds aren’t automatic once design begins, I always stand behind the quality of my work and the fairness of my process.
