If you’ve already submitted the form, I’ll simply match your entry to your order and begin the design process. It’s a quick form where you upload your wall photo and answer a few creative prompts. I use that input to create a custom mural design tailored to your space, delivered by email within the expected turnaround time.

My Artistic Insight Tool is a proprietary form I created to help you think like a designer. It asks a few visual questions and creative prompts — nothing technical or intimidating — and translates your input into a direction I can actually work from. Behind the scenes, I use a mix of AI and my own artistic intuition to create a design that fits your wall and your style. It’s a unique part of my process, and often the part clients enjoy most.

After you place your order, I’ll send a personal confirmation email letting you know the design process has begun. Sometimes that happens within minutes (especially during business hours), and sometimes it may take a few hours or until the next business day. Once I start, the design itself typically takes 15 minutes to 1 hour of focused work, delivered within half a day to 24 hours (during business hours).

Whether you're a homeowner, content creator, or just creatively curious, this is a quick way to visualize your wall in a new way. It’s also great for early-stage planning or sharing ideas with others before moving forward.

This package includes 1–2 light rounds of revisions so you can give quick feedback and fine-tune the result. Most of the design is handled quickly, so revisions are simple and efficient. We’ll communicate by email, or by phone if that’s easier for you. If I don’t feel the concept delivers meaningful value, I may refund the order myself — no need to ask. That said, because this is a custom product, refunds aren’t guaranteed once design work begins. I aim to exceed expectations, and if something feels off, I’ll make it right.
