If you’ve already submitted the form, I’ll simply match your entry to your order and begin the design process. It’s a quick form where you upload your wall photo and answer a few creative prompts. I use that input to create a custom mural design tailored to your space, delivered by email within the expected turnaround time.

My Artistic Insight Tool is a proprietary form I created to help you think like a designer. It asks a few visual questions and creative prompts — nothing technical or intimidating — and translates your input into a direction I can actually work from. Behind the scenes, I use a mix of AI and my own artistic intuition to create a design that fits your wall and your style. It’s a unique part of my process, and often the part clients enjoy most.

You’ll receive a personal confirmation once I’ve reviewed your submission and begun the design. This usually happens within a few hours, or by the next business day. The design itself involves 4 to 8 hours of creative work, typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days, depending on complexity and my active project load.

This package includes 3–4 thoughtful revision rounds. You’ll have space to give input, request adjustments, and make sure the design fits your wall, your space, and your vision. We can handle everything by email, or schedule a call if that works better for you. I take each project seriously — and if I ever feel the result doesn’t live up to what I promised, I may offer a refund on my own. Revisions are built into the process, but because this is a custom design, refunds can’t be guaranteed after work begins. If you ever have concerns, just reach out.
